THE CAMERAS FLASHED RAPIDLY

1928 - Frank Wykoff is swarmed by reporters following his equaling the World Record four times in the 100 meter Olympic Finals races.

Upon his entrance to his National Track & Field Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony held at El Gordo Restaurant, Frank Wykoff's eyes sparkled in great anticipation as the newspaper reporters snapped dozens of photographs of him.  Was he recalling another moment in time -- possibly the first time he was swarmed by the dozens of reporters with their cameras flashing away after he equalled the World Record four times at the 1928 Olympic Finals?
